Pakistan announces to end IMF programme

CAIRO: Hundred of protesters dumped thousands of Israeli embassy documents from the building housing the mission after they took down its flag and threw it to the crowd prompting Israeli ambassador to flee out of the country to head back to Israel. 

Egypt’s Interior Minister Mansur al-Eissawy declared a state of high alert and the government announced it was convening an emergency meeting to deal with the crisis. Early Saturday, Israel’s ambassador flew out of the country, heading back to Israel, sources at Cairo airport told AFP.

LONDON: Britain Prime Minister David Cameron has said that UK and the United States lost some of their moral authority through some of the measures they put in place after the September 11th attacks.

Malik requests judicial enquiry into Zulfiqar Mirza's Allegations

Tropoli : According to a rebel commander claim in Tripoli, Colonel Gaddafi's son Saadi has called him to negotiate the terms of his own surrender.

The commander, Abdel Hakim Belhaj, told AP that Saadi first called him yesterday and asked whether his safety could be guaranteed. Belhaj says he told al-Saadi he would not be harmed but he would be treated according to the law.

17 Japanese Bullet Trains Halted due to the Glasses of a Driver

Tokyo : A Japnese bullet train driver caused halt not only to his own but 17 other trains when he realized that he was not wearing glasses. The driver, who has worked for operators JR West for 24 years, reportedly started wearing glasses only earlier this month after narrowly missing the required score in an eyesight test.

This incident is unique as the bullet trains in Japan, which are capable of hitting speeds of 400 Km/h, are not only famously fast but also punctual, with rare delays generaly caused due to natural disasters or suicides on the tracks.
