Palestinian statehood is a ‘step forward’ for full liberation, says Iran
TEHRAN: Palestinian statehood is a step forward for it full liberation says Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on this Friday while addressing thousand who rallied in Tehran to mark the “Quds Day”, an annual demonstration in solidarity with Palestinians and against Israel.
Iranian TV showed large crowds in major cities, carrying banners of “Death to Israel” and “Death to America.”

Spying in Iran, US hikers Sentenced eight years Prison

Tehran : Two American hikers were sentenced to eight years in prison for illegal entry and spying for a US intelligence agency in Iran, according to Iranian state television.
“Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal, the two detained American citizens, have been each sentenced to three years in prison for illegal entry to the Islamic Republic of Iran,” the television reported on its website.
