Gunmen torched Nineteen More Nato Oil Tankers in Mastung Balochistan

QUETTA: Gunmen attacked and torched ninteen oil tankers in Mastung Balochistan Pakistan wich were carrying fuel for Nato forces in Afghanistan, according to local media roeports.

The militants frequently target Nato supply trucks over the past few years, but attacks have intensified since the killing of al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden in Pakistan on 2nd May this year.

Shoeb Malik recalled for Zimbabwe tour

KARACHI: Pakistan have recalled former captain and all-rounder Shoaib Malik to the squad for next month’s tour of Zimbabwe, the PCB said on Sunday.

Malik’s inclusion comes after a Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) integrity committee cleared him of any wrong doing last week after an investigation into his finances.

Taliban attack on British Compound Kabul continues for many hours

Kabul : The Taliban attack on British Compound marking the anniversary of Afghanistan's independence from Britain, The assault on the compound in the west of the city began when a suicide car bomber detonated a vehicle at the front gate of the compound after that several heavily armed insurgents rushed out of a side street shouting, firing in the air and racing towards the open gate. Afghan officials believed the number of attackers was between two and four.

Afghan foreign Minister said that all British nationals caught up in the attack are now safe.

Shoaib Malik cleared by PCB Integrity Committee

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board Integrity Committee has cleared Shoaib Malik in a meeting on this Friday at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. The meeting was attended by Mr. M. Ijaz Butt Chairman PCB in chair.

PCB spokesman announced that the matter of Shoaib Malik which was initiated suo moto by the Integrity Committee with regard to certain deposits in his overseas accounts has been under consideration since December last year. Various meetings of the Committee were held and a number of personal hearings were also provided to Shoaib Malik.

Karachi violence, Twelve people along with PAF Official Killed

KARACHI: A Pakistan Air Force official among twelve more were killed in separate incidents of violence here on Saturday. 

Ghazanfar, the PAF official was shot dead by armed men in the Khokhrapar police limits on Saturday morning while he was present near the Muna Denting Workshop when two armed men riding a motorcycle opened indiscriminate fire at him. He was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
