KARACHI: Rabita Committe of Muttahida Qaumi Movement has told their workers that MQM Chief Altaf Hussain is suffering from an illness in London and is being treated there but they did not specify the nature of the illness.
Rabita committee has also told the MQM workers to maintain unity and not pay heed to any rumours of the Altaf Hussain's arrest in London.
The statement given by MQM Rabita committee to various News agencies here states that Altaf Hussain has been ill since the past one week and is also currently hospitalised and is recovering well. Party workers were requested to pray for his recovery and long life.
The Rabita committee thanked President Asif Ali Zardari, Interior Minister Rehman Malik and other officials for inquiring
