Noshera : A bomb exploded inside a northwestern Pakistani hotel on Thursday, killing at least 18 people and wounding more than 14, police said.
"The hotel was destroyed, along with an adjacent hotel. Six nearby shops were badly damaged," Mohammad Hussain, a senior police officer in Nowshera where the blast took place said.
The city of Nowshera is some 50km northeast of Peshawar. The bomb exploded in the evening as dozens of people were gathered after breaking their day fasting.
Along with whole Muslim world, Pakistan is also observing the month of Ramadan, in which Muslim fast from dawn to dusk
